Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Eduley website and platform (the “Service”), you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). “Content” refers to any data posted to your account.

Eduley Inc. (“Eduley”) reserves the right to update or change these Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version is always available at www.Eduley.com.

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide your full legal name, a valid email, and requested information to complete registration.
• Each login is for one user only; shared logins are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not use the Service for illegal purposes or violate any applicable laws.

2. Payments and Refunds

• If you do not cancel within 30 days of signup, you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day.
• Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for partial months of service.
• Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility.
• You must cancel recurring payments from within the software; Eduley does not cancel them on your behalf.

3. Cancellation and Termination

• You must send an email to help@eduley.com to request account cancellation.
• Eduley requires 30 days’ notice for account cancellations.
• Your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
• Eduley reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Modifications to Service and Pricing

• Eduley reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice via the website or platform.
• Eduley is not liable for any modifications, price changes, or service interruptions.

5. Copyright and Content Ownership

• Eduley does not claim ownership of your Content.
• You grant Eduley permission to display your Content within the Service.
• Eduley may remove any Content at its discretion.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• You must not engage in excessive or unfair use of the Service.
• Bandwidth is limited to 5GB per month; excess usage incurs additional charges.
• Storage is limited to 5GB; extra storage is charged per GB.

7. Email and SMS Policy

• You must not send spam via the Service.
• Recipients must be able to opt out.
• You must comply with all applicable regulations regarding communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
• Eduley is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Data Security and Backup

• Eduley implements industry-standard security measures but does not guarantee against data loss.
• It is your responsibility to maintain backup copies of your data.

10. General Terms

• Eduley may refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eduley.
